Skilled Nursing Services

Nursing care is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

We offer specialized nursing care in:

• Medication administration/stabilization, oral injections, IV medication administration

• Enteral feedings via G-tube/Peg tube

• Wound care Management including negative pressure wound vac  treatments, whirl pool treatments, and a wound care physician who makes on-site visits to monitor wounds  and makes recommendations for treatments when appropriate

• In-house Respiratory Therapeutic services including oxygen management, nebulizer treatments, and  Pulse Oximetry

• Ostomy Care

• Bedside Diagnostic Testing

• Urological Care

• Alternative Nutritional Support

• Family and Caregiver Education

• Diabetic Teaching and Monitoring

• Palliative Care

• Restorative Nursing Care and Maintenance Program

Social Services

• Assistance with community healthcare resources

• Assistance with Medicaid and Social Security Disability applications

• Discharge planning and coordination of home care and durable medical equipment
